With hands-on experience and academic success, I excel in various aspects of civil engineering. From planning and executing diverse projects, such as residential, healthcare, academic infrastructure, and roads including notable ones like DHA Peshawar and Swat Motorway, I use advanced tools like AutoCAD and Revit for detailed design. Skilled in project management from understanding client needs to on-site activities, I develop Bill of Quantities, create project plans, and ensure quality control. I am Attique ur Rehman, a highly dedicated Civil Engineer with a profound academic background from the prestigious National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Pakistan,which is among the top universities globally. Earning my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) from 2014 to 2018, I have accumulated invaluable experience and expertise, shaping me into a versatile and accomplished professional in the field. Moreover,I hold a lifetime membership as a Registered Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
During my tenure at Frontier Works Organization (FWO) from September 2018 to January 2020, I played a pivotal role in various projects, exhibiting my skills in monitoring progress, facilitating the transfer of machinery and equipment, and overseeing diverse projects such as road construction, medical college development, housing initiatives, and dam construction. My responsibilities extended to meticulous project management, processing contingent bills, and compiling comprehensive progress reports. I successfully managed high-profile projects including Swat Motorway, Kurrum Tangi Dam, and DHA Peshawar, showcasing my competence in the multifaceted realm of civil engineering.
Subsequently, from February 2020 to April 2022, my journey led me to the Engineer Unit, where I served as a Project Officer. Here, I undertook the responsibility of conceptualizing and executing projects from inception to completion. My tasks included site surveys, collaboration with Auto CAD designers, liaison with structural engineers, and efficient project management. I actively contributed to projects like the Renovation of Mosque , construction of Heat Stroke Room, and Renovation of officers accommodation, displaying my commitment to excellence.
My dedication and leadership qualities further led me to the role of Garrison Engineer at Military Engineer Services (MES) , starting from April 2022 to the present. In this role, I oversee project prioritization, SBP preparation, geotechnical analysis, and comprehensive project estimation. My duties involve the entire project lifecycle, from drafting contract agreements and conducting bidding to supervising site execution and ensuring quality control. My proactive approach in addressing maintenance needs, managing utility services, and executing self-help projects showcases my commitment to ensuring the seamless functioning of the garrison.
In addition to my practical experience, I possess a diverse skill set encompassing MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Auto CAD, Revit, Canva, WordPress, and digital marketing expertise. My proficiency in these tools enhances my ability to deliver innovative solutions and streamline project workflows.

PROJECT MANAGER TEAM MEMBER/ ENGINEER PLANT & EQUIPMENT
During my tenure at Frontier Works Organization (FWO) from September 2018 to January 2020, I played a pivotal role in various projects, exhibiting my skills in monitoring progress, facilitating the transfer of machinery and equipment, and overseeing diverse projects such as road construction, medical college development, housing initiatives, and dam construction. My responsibilities extended to meticulous project management, processing contingent bills, and compiling comprehensive progress reports.
My Responsibilities included:-
- Conduct Site Visits to check the progress report shared with the executive office is true and authentic as per site dictates
- Check the work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Identify critical activities and keep pursuing them through other site and sub engineers
- Check the planned activities of different projects and relocate engineering plant machinery and equipment as per demand and requirement of different sites
- Ensure proper log is maintained of hired plant/machinery/ equipment
- Process the contingent Bills and demand for funds for allocation and further payment to contractors
- Forward and update daily reports and return on electronic project management system ePMS
- Prepare presentations for superiors for client briefing
- Identify critical activities and keep pursuing them through site engineers
2020-2022

Subsequently, my journey led me to the Engineer unit, where I served as a Project Manager & Site Engineer. Here, I undertook the responsibility of conceptualizing and executing projects from inception to completion. My tasks included site surveys, Preparing drawings on Auto-CAD and liaison and collaboration with structural engineers, and efficient project management.

My dedication and leadership qualities further led me to the role of Garrison Engineer at Military Engineer Services (MES), starting from April 2022 to Jan 2024. In this role, I oversee project prioritization, SBP preparation, geotechnical analysis, and comprehensive project estimation. My duties involve the entire project life-cycle, from drafting contract agreements and conducting bidding to supervising site execution and ensuring quality control.
My Job responsibilities included
- Prioritize tasks
- Get necessary approvals for use of Public money fund
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify construction sites, perform comprehensive site surveys, and meticulously prepare Siting Board Proceedings (SBP)
- Manage geo-technical analysis coordination, report submissions to design and consultancy, and facilitate drawing acquisition from the design and consultancy team
- Conduct preliminary site inspections
- Develop BOQs and cost estimates
- Prepare PERT and Gantt charts, and organize the bidding process
- Advertise contract awarding bidding in newspapers
- Prepare contract agreement
